Results: A common cross-border wine brand – Istrian Malvasia will be characterized and evaluated (physicochemical parameters, aromatics, style, nutritional value); Optimized technology and clear guidelines for the production of different styles (fresh, archaic, macerated…) of Malvasia wine; Developed guidelines for improved management of production technology aimed at reducing potential contaminants in the final product; Elaborated individual Itineraries (travel tours), which connect the holders of tourist offer in order to form an integrated tourism product “Following the trails of Istrian Malvasia”.
