NOTICE for Currently Enrolled Students
Students wishing to change their study program and who have not yet used their right to change or repeat a program must apply like other candidates. Candidates who have already repeated a year or changed their study program once can apply for full-time studies in the 1st year (if they do not meet the criteria for transition to a higher year) but must pay tuition fees as specified in Article 77 of the Higher Education Act.
APPLICATION DEADLINES FOR ADMISSION TO THE 1ST YEAR
FOR SLOVENIAN CITIZENS, CITIZENS OF EU MEMBER STATES, AND SLOVENIANS WITHOUT SLOVENIAN CITIZENSHIP:
Available here.
FOR FOREIGNERS (CITIZENS OF NON-EU COUNTRIES):
Available here.
The application process is entirely electronic via the eVŠ portal. Applicants must submit their applications using an electronic identification method with at least a medium level of reliability (qualified digital certificate, smsPASS, e-ID card) or an AAI account (authentication and authorization infrastructure account) or username and password through the SI-PASS system, which operates within the National Trust Services Center.
Applicants may submit one application, ranking up to three study programs in order of preference for which they meet or will meet the requirements by the specified deadlines. The order of selected programs is crucial, as the candidate will be placed in the first program for which they fulfill all requirements.
