Dear students!
We look forward to meeting again soon at the faculty premises. In order to enter and work at UP FTŠ Turistica, we are obliged to meet the so-called RVT (recovery/vaccination/testing) condition.
The ordinance stipulates that all students submit statements as to which RVT condition they meet. You have all already completed this when submitting the registration form, for which we thank you.
Those who have to carry out self-testing at the faculty on a weekly basis (and not at home!) will fill out a RECORD SHEET (the form is available here), which has to be printed and filled out each time and which you have to carry with you at all times (in case of any inspection control it must not be older than 7 days).
How self-testing works:
- You pick up the testers at the pharmacy. You are entitled to 5 tests per month. Submit your health insurance card upon receipt. Foreign students who do not have a health insurance card shall submit the enrollment certificate and ID.
- Upon arrival at the faculty, there is a space intended for self-testing in front of the building (covered part of the parking lot with signalization). There, in the presence of an authorized person by UP FTŠ Turistica, you shall perform a self-test. You can see the process in the video clip posted below.
- After reading the test result, fill in the RECORD SHEET and save it.
- On October 1, self-testing will take place from 7:30 to 9:00. From October 4 onwards, self-testing will take place according to the following schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30 - 12:00, Tuesdays from 14:30 to 16:30. Outside the scheduled dates, students can take a self-test at the Confucius Classroom headquarters in Koper.
All students confirm their RVT condition compliance every day upon entering the faculty by scanning the QR code at the front door. In the event of a possible infection, we want to respond as effectively as possible and ask you to help us ensure traceability. Therefore, scan the QR codes that are in the lecture halls where you are located. We recommend that you download the QR code reader program to your smartphone asap.
Of course, it is still necessary wearing a mask all the time and taking care of self-protective behavior (disinfection, cough hygiene, interpersonal distance). Additional instructions and current information is available here: COVID INFO CENTRE
We are obliged to have proof of compliance with the RVT conditions at all times due to possible inspection control.
