The academic year lasts from 1 October to 30 September. Undergraduate study programmes have a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 30 hours of lectures, seminars, and tutorials per week and 30 weeks per year.

Pedagogical process is organized in two semesters:
Autumn semester: from Monday, 2 October 2023 to Friday, 19 January 2024
Spring semester: from Monday, 19 February 2024 to Friday, 31 May 2024
There are three examination periods:
- Winter examination period: from Monday, 22 January 2024 to Friday, 16 February 2024 (4 weeks)
- Summer examination period: from Monday, 3 June 2024 to Friday, 5 July 2024 (5 weeks)
- Autumn examination period: from Monday, 12 August 2024 to Friday, 6 September 2024 (4 weeks)
