The Rotunda Centre and the Faculty of Management of the University of Primorska invite you to an Meeting with entrepreneurial inspiration, which will take place on Tuesday, 4 June 2024, at 10 am at the Coworking Rotunda, Ferrarska 16, Koper.
This time we will be hosting Aleš Piščanec, a successful entrepreneur from Koper, known for his innovation and vision in the hospitality sector.
Aleš Piščanc started his entrepreneurial career in 2000 with the opening of a boutique ice cream parlour in Koper. He found inspiration for ice cream making in Italy, where he studied under the tutelage of Angelo Grasso. Together with his partner Marja Černe, he ran the renowned Capra restaurant in Koper. In 2019, he renovated and renamed Hotel Koper into Grand Koper, a modern four-star hotel. Aleš Piščanc is known for his focus on quality and sustainable development.
