About instructor: The Association of Advanced Defence - Martial Methods is an association with a long tradition, founded in 2004. It is dedicated to the research and teaching of various martial arts, especially Filipino and Indonesian (KALI - ARNIS - ESKRIMA and PENTJAK SILAT) in the spirit of real confrontation, which means that we adapt traditional techniques to modern times and especially for street or real self-defence. Our aim is to spread the knowledge of self-defence. In addition to practical exercises and techniques, we also deepen our theoretical knowledge of the psychology of combat and protection. We regularly host local and foreign representatives of various martial arts, especially from the FIMA (Filipino Indonesian Martial Arts). Our instructors regularly receive training and update their knowledge through organised seminars and workshops, and we also regularly study abroad with various masters. We guide and teach our members through various programmes, which vary in difficulty, so that each member learns and develops gradually. We are open-minded and respectful and feel that there is much to learn from any martial art or system, which helps us to develop and improve our performance further.
