CALL FOR ENROLMENT IN SHORT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES AND TRAINING COURSES FOR THE ACQUISITION OF MICRO-CREDENTIAL FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2026/2027

Study Offer

The University of Primorska (UP) offers, in the 2026/2027 academic year, the opportunity to enroll in 24 short educational programmes and training courses for the acquisition of micro-credential. These programmes are provided by six UP faculties and by the UP NEBAP Hub.

Admission and Selection Criteria

All interested individuals may enroll in the programmes. Specific admission requirements are determined individually for each short educational programme and training course for the acquisition of micro-credential and are specified in the annex to this Call.

Where the number of applicants exceeds the number of available places in an individual programme, the selection criteria specified in the annex for the respective short educational programme or training course shall apply.

Application Procedure

Applicants shall submit their application using the application form, duly completed and accompanied by any required supporting documents, by the following deadlines:

  • no later than 15 August 2026 for micro-credentials to be delivered in the first semester of the academic year 2026/2027; and // The deadline has been extended to September 10, 2026.
  • no later than 15 January 2027 for micro-credentials to be delivered in the second semester of the academic year 2026/2027,

unless otherwise specified for an individual short educational programme or training course leading to the award of a micro-credential.

Applicants wishing to enroll in more than one short educational programme or training course must submit a separate application form for each programme.

Official Certificate

Each short educational programme or training course for the acquisition of micro-credential is assigned between 1 and 9 ECTS credits, whereby one ECTS credit corresponds to 30 hours of participant workload.

Participants who successfully complete all requirements of the short educational programme or training course for the acquisition of micro-credential will acquire a micro-credential, which constitutes an official public certificate.
