Christian Poletti, a native of Piran, a member of the Italian community in the town, and the deputy mayor of the Municipality of Piran, is well aware of the importance of tourism in one of the most tourist-oriented municipalities in Slovenia. As a student, he gained his first experience at the World Expo 2015 in Milan, visited other fairs, tested his skills as a guide, and sought the essence of the business side of tourism. Although he is no longer actively involved in the tourism industry, he remains well aware of the challenges and issues the sector is facing. He is especially proud that it is precisely in the Municipality of Piran where the best tourism professionals are being trained.
The podcast is hosted by student Ana Šenk. The podcast is in Slovenian language.
