In January, colleague Miha Bratec, MSc, responded to the invitation from the Moroccan UM6P - Mohammed VI Polytechnic University to carry out lectures for an elective module for the final years entitled Digital Business Management. The module focuses on contemporary management trends using advanced technologies in service activities, emphasizing the construction of excellent services to achieve competitiveness and sustainability. Bratec has extensive experience from practice and research in e-tourism.

In addition to delivering the module, which he excelled at, Bratec had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the organization of the outstanding School of Hospitality Business & Management. This school operates within the most futuristic and sustainability-oriented university campus on the African continent, located in Ben Guerir, north of Marrakech. As part of their mandatory training during the 4-year undergraduate program, which intertwines managerial content with expertise in service activities, students manage a cafe, a student restaurant, and a fine-dining restaurant. The school operates under the auspices of the Swiss École hôtelière de Lausanne, a leading global higher education institution in the field of hospitality and tourism.
