Tea Sikur, a graduate of Turistica, is now the Director of the Sales Network at the travel agency Palma. She oversees 11 branch offices and a call center. She’s very happy to work in a young team, although motivating young staff remains a major challenge. At the agency, they are aware that artificial intelligence significantly contributes to creating travel programs, but Tea still firmly believes that people are indispensable. Why do people still trust travel agencies so much, which destination is the most popular this year, and what is her older daughter studying? All this in the new episode of the Faces of Tourism podcast.
The podcast is hosted by student Ana Šenk.
