Ljudmila Sinkovič is a senior lecturer of German at the Faculty of Tourism Studies-Turistica, University of Primorska in Portorož, Department of Cultural Tourism. Her research interests include teaching German as a foreign language for tourism, intercultural communication and competence, the language of tourism advertising, tourist guiding and heritage interpretation. She is member of the Slovene Association of LSP Teachers. Apart from teaching and researching, she is also involved in translation of tourism texts.
