Authors are invited to submit an abstract for ENCUENTROS 2010 conference.
Authors should submit their abstracts with the help of the online form. In case of troubles please contact us on encuentros@turistica.si or phone +386/5/617-70-21.
Authors will be notified of the acceptance of the abstract by email.
SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPERS
Full Paper format:
Front page should contain:

For all authors: title, first name, family name, organisation and e-mail address
- Title of the paper

In bold in the upper right hand corner, indicate if it is a "student paper"
The second page should contain the title, the beginning of the 500 word abstract and 5 key words. The text of the paper should be written in English according to the guidelines of APA - http://www.apastyle.org. The draft with instructions for authors in here.
Authors should submit their papers with the help of the online form. In case of troubles please contact us on encuentros@turistica.si or phone +386/5/617-70-21.
Authors will be notified of the acceptance of the full paper for oral presentation at the conference by email. Only papers orally presented by registered authors will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings.
CONFERENCE INFORMATION
ENCUENTROS 2010 conference is hosted by the University of Primorska, Faculty of Tourism Studies – TURISTICA. It will take place at TURISTICA Faculty, in Portorož, which is 50 minutes from Trieste (Ronchi) Airport and 100 minutes from Ljubljana Airport.
Special conference rates have been negotiated in Hotel Bernardin from 78 - 150€, including breakfast. Detailed data will be published at a later stage.

All prices include VAT.
The entrance fee includes the submission of up to two papers. It is obligatory to present one of them, which must be marked with the word "presentation" before it enters the revision process. If an author wants to present both papers, they must first consult with the conference organizer.
Registration and an entrance fee are obligatory to all participants in the conference.
Book of Abstracts will be published and distributed to the participants of the Conference.
Conference proceedings will be published after the conference, as an electronic medium.
The official conference language will be English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
